一、服务内容

本平台提供基于规则和模型的自动化交易策略工具。您可以充值 USDT，选择策略模型，设置启动资金、止盈点、止损点和运行时间后启动策略，并在平台内查看运行日志、交易记录和资金变动。

平台展示的模型介绍、胜率等数据仅供参考，不构成投资建议，也不代表未来表现。

二、账户注册与安全

  • 您需要提供真实、有效的注册信息，并对其准确性负责。
  • 您应当年满 18 周岁，并且所在地区法律允许您使用本类服务。
  • 一人只能注册一个账户。我们有权对短时间内集中注册等异常行为进行限制。
  • 请妥善保管登录密码。凡通过您的账户进行的操作，视为您本人的操作。发现账户被盗用时，请立即联系在线客服。
  • 请勿将账户出借、转让或出售给他人。

三、充值

  • 目前支持 USDT，网络为 TRC20（波场）和 BEP20（BSC，币安智能链）。
  • 提交充值订单后，请在订单页面按显示的收款地址、网络和实际转账金额（包含小数）完成转账。金额与订单不一致，可能导致无法识别订单。
  • 充值经平台核对到账并审核通过后入账。因选错网络、填错地址或转账金额不符造成的损失，由您自行承担。
  • 请只使用订单上所选网络的 USDT 转账，通过其他网络或币种转入的资产可能无法找回。

四、提现

  • 提现需要提交收款网络（TRC20 或 BEP20）和地址，地址必须与所选网络一致。提交后无法修改，请仔细核对。
  • 提现受最低提现额和每日限额限制，具体以提现页面的说明为准。运行中的策略占用的资金，以及待审核提现占用的金额，不能再次提现。
  • 提现申请经审核通过后处理，到账时间以提现页面的说明为准，实际到账还受区块链网络状况影响。
  • 因您填写的地址错误、地址不支持所选网络而造成的资产损失，由您自行承担。
  • 启动策略时，您可以选择到期后"自动提现"或"手动提现"。选择自动提现需要先设置自动提现地址，策略结束时平台会按该地址自动生成提现申请，同样需要审核。请保证该地址正确且由您控制。
  • 为保障资金安全，我们可能要求您配合核实身份或资金来源，在核实完成前有权暂缓处理相关提现。

五、策略的使用

  • 启动策略时，您设置的启动资金会被占用，直至策略结束，期间这笔资金不能提现。
  • 策略会在您设置的止盈、止损条件触发，或达到运行时间时结束。策略运行期间不能手动停止，以防止反复启动、停止造成的异常；如确需提前结束，请联系在线客服。
  • 策略结束后，盈亏结果记入您的账户余额，并在交易记录和运行日志中展示。
  • 市场剧烈波动、网络中断、第三方行情异常等情况下，策略的执行可能出现延迟、偏差或失败，由此产生的损失不属于平台的保证范围。

六、禁止行为

您不得利用本平台从事下列行为，否则我们有权限制、冻结或关闭账户，并保留追究责任的权利：

  • 洗钱、诈骗、非法集资或其他违法违规活动；
  • 使用脚本、外挂等方式批量注册、攻击系统或干扰平台正常运行；
  • 伪造资料、冒用他人身份，或利用系统漏洞获取不当利益；
  • 其他损害平台或其他用户合法权益的行为。

七、费用

目前本平台不收取提现手续费。链上转账所产生的网络费用由您或收款平台承担。如费用政策调整，我们会提前在平台内公告。

八、服务的变更与中断

我们可能因系统维护、升级或不可抗力（包括网络故障、第三方服务中断、监管政策变化等）暂停或调整部分服务，并尽量提前公告。因此造成的暂时无法使用，我们不承担赔偿责任，但会尽力恢复服务并保障您的资产安全。

九、责任限制

在法律允许的范围内，本平台对因市场波动、策略表现、第三方服务、不可抗力或您自身操作失误造成的损失不承担责任。我们对任何情况下的赔偿责任，以不超过您在相关订单中直接受到的实际损失为限。

十、条款的修改

我们可能根据业务和法律要求修改本条款，修改后会在平台内公告，并更新页面顶部的"最后更新"日期。公告后您继续使用本平台，即视为接受修改后的条款；如不同意，请停止使用并联系在线客服处理账户。

Welcome to QuantAI (the “Platform”). Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the Platform. By completing registration or using any service of the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.

Risk warning: Digital asset prices are highly volatile, and using automated trading strategies may result in the loss of part or all of your capital. The Platform does not guarantee any return and makes no promise about investment results. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

1. The Service

The Platform provides rule-based and model-based automated trading strategy tools. You can deposit USDT, choose a strategy model, set the capital, take-profit, stop-loss and run time, start the strategy, and view the run log, trade history and fund movements within the Platform.

Model descriptions, win rates and similar data shown on the Platform are for reference only. They are not investment advice and do not indicate future performance.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide true and valid registration information and are responsible for its accuracy.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, and the law where you live must allow you to use this kind of service.
  • Each person may register only one account. We may restrict unusual behaviour such as many registrations in a short time.
  • Keep your password safe. Any action taken through your account is treated as your own. If you find your account has been used by someone else, contact online support immediately.
  • Do not lend, transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

3. Deposits

  • USDT is currently supported on the TRC20 (TRON) and BEP20 (BSC, BNB Smart Chain) networks.
  • After submitting a deposit order, transfer using the deposit address, network and exact transfer amount (including decimals) shown on the order page. If the amount differs from the order, the order may not be identified.
  • Deposits are credited after the Platform confirms receipt and approves them. Losses caused by choosing the wrong network, entering the wrong address or sending a different amount are your own responsibility.
  • Only send USDT on the network selected on the order. Assets sent through another network or in another currency may be unrecoverable.

4. Withdrawals

  • A withdrawal requires a receiving network (TRC20 or BEP20) and an address, and the address must match the selected network. It cannot be changed after submission, so check it carefully.
  • Withdrawals are subject to the minimum amount and daily limit; the withdrawal page shows the details. Funds held by running strategies and amounts held by pending withdrawals cannot be withdrawn again.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed after approval. The arrival time shown on the withdrawal page is an estimate, and actual arrival also depends on blockchain network conditions.
  • Asset losses caused by an incorrect address, or by an address that does not support the selected network, are your own responsibility.
  • When starting a strategy you can choose “auto withdrawal” or “manual withdrawal” for when it ends. Auto withdrawal requires an auto-withdrawal address to be set first; when the strategy ends the Platform creates a withdrawal request to that address, which is also subject to review. Make sure the address is correct and controlled by you.
  • To protect funds, we may ask you to help verify your identity or the source of funds, and may delay related withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Using Strategies

  • When you start a strategy, the capital you set is held until the strategy ends, and cannot be withdrawn during that time.
  • A strategy ends when your take-profit or stop-loss condition is triggered, or when its run time is reached. A running strategy cannot be stopped manually, to prevent abnormal behaviour from repeated starting and stopping. If you really need to end one early, contact online support.
  • After a strategy ends, the profit or loss is credited to your account balance and shown in the trade history and run log.
  • During sharp market moves, network outages or third-party market-data problems, strategy execution may be delayed, deviate or fail. Losses arising from this are not covered by any guarantee from the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform for any of the following. Otherwise we may restrict, freeze or close your account and reserve the right to pursue liability:

  • Money laundering, fraud, illegal fundraising or other unlawful activity;
  • Using scripts or bots to register in bulk, attack the system or interfere with its normal operation;
  • Forging information, impersonating others, or exploiting system vulnerabilities for improper gain;
  • Any other conduct that harms the lawful rights of the Platform or other users.

7. Fees

The Platform currently charges no withdrawal fee. Network fees for on-chain transfers are borne by you or the receiving platform. If our fee policy changes, we will announce it within the Platform in advance.

8. Changes and Interruptions to the Service

We may suspend or adjust parts of the service because of system maintenance, upgrades or force majeure (including network failures, third-party service outages and regulatory changes), and will try to announce this in advance. We are not liable for the temporary unavailability this causes, but will do our best to restore service and protect your assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for losses caused by market volatility, strategy performance, third-party services, force majeure or your own mistakes. In any case, our liability is limited to the actual loss you directly suffer in the relevant order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms according to business and legal requirements. Changes will be announced within the Platform and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be updated. If you continue to use the Platform after the announcement, you are deemed to accept the amended terms; if you disagree, please stop using the Platform and contact online support to deal with your account.

11. Governing Law and Contact

The formation, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by the relevant provisions permitted by the law of your region. If you have questions, contact us through “Online Support” in the Platform.
